We would love for you to become a part of our family to help make our vision of Quenching the Thirst of Our Neighbors a reality!**Summary**The Service Desk Manager will manage a team of remote professionals that provides first and second level onsite and remote technical assistance and support for ABARTA Coca-Cola distribution centers throughout the state of PA, including a facility in Cleveland, OH, and Fairmont, WV.As a Service Desk Manager, you should have a solid technical background combined with the customer service experience. A problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate your team to achieve specific goals is essential skills to perform well in this position. This is a hands-on management role responsible for the daily operations of the Service Desk.The position will require some travel throughout the distribution centers.****Responsibilities****This development opportunity is a hybrid role that focuses on exceptional customer development skills and knowledge of our product delivery system. It is a critical link to enhancing collaboration between our local sales and product supply operations. This is a physical and fast-paced position that involves continual lifting, lowering, and carrying of products.* Responsible for delivery and selling of assigned accounts and for rotating and stocking product.* Check the accuracy and stability of the load.* Deliver products to customers.* Merchandise display and rotate products according to company standards.* Invoice and collect monies due. Pick up company property.* Secure company assets.* Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.* Settle all accounts daily.****Qualifications***** High School diploma or GED preferred.* 1-3 years of general work experience required.* Local delivery experience preferred.* Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.* Ability to operate a two- or four-wheel dolly.* Preferable familiar with DOT regulations.* Ability to work with minimal supervision.* Valid Class C license required.* A driving record within MVR policy guidelines required.* Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach.****Additional Information****ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC applicants must submit to a background verification process prior to commencing employment with the company.
