When you join our family, youll find ample opportunities for education and career growth, a team dedicated to your success, and a competitive benefits package**Job Description****Position Summary**Under the direction of the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, this position is responsible for safely and efficiently receiving, documenting, and delivering raw material and equipment to internal customers such as fabrication shop, jobsites, and warehouse or back to vendors for returns. Performs all other duties as assigned.**Primary Duties/Responsibilities*** Collect material and equipment from vendors and safely and efficiently transport and deliver to internal customer.* Properly document material and equipment that is received or returned to vendor.* Identify missing or damaged material and equipment and immediately notify warehouse & logistics manager and appropriate project manager.* Maintain inventory of all material and equipment entering or exiting warehouse.* Ensures all material and equipment is safely and securely packaged and labeled for transport.* Safely and efficiently loads and/or unloads trailers with materials and equipment.* Properly secures material and equipment loads for shipping or transporting.**Required Skills/Abilities*** Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.* Excellent time management skills.* Proven skills at operating equipment such as shop and all terrain forklifts and over the road vehicles with trailers.**Education and Experience*** High school diploma or equivalent.* Minimum of 1-year experience in warehouse operations.* Clean driving record.**Physical Requirements*** Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.* Must be able to read and comprehend basic documents such as bill of lading, material and equipment requests etc.* Must be able to lift 100lbs.* Must be able to work in all weather conditions.**Benefits*** Health insurance including HSA with generous match* 401k plan with generous match* Dental* Vision* Short Term Disability* Life Insurance* Profit sharing "weekly bonus opportunities"* PTO* On-the-job training* Continuing education
