Practice areas include Professional Liability Defense, Medical Malpractice, Long Term Care Malpractice, Architects and Engineers defense, Legal Malpractice, Employment Litigation, General Liability defense, Insurance Defense, First Party Insurance defense, Commercial Litigation and Workers' Compensation defense.The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of litigation including creating defense strategy, client communication and reporting, conducting investigations, taking and defending depositions, managing motion practice and trial.
