Roles and Responsibilities
In this role you will:Adopt and drive analysis, revision and refinement of the workflow and implementation based upon current vs. future state for a cohesive build/decommission framework.Gather and analyze data and develop requirements at project level.Manage build/decommission workflow, suggest and implement improvements where needed.Support design and deploy build/decommission solutions which meet or exceed process standards, consolidation, TCO, security, regulatory and audit compliance for CoreTech.Adopt and manage physical/virtual build/decommission requirements for remote and core DC locations.Work with customer to resolve any and all build/decommission issues.Metrics analysis/reportingCoach and mentor team membersJuggle multiple timelines and drive priorities to meet deadlinesQualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; In lieu of degree, 8 years professional experience in enterprise Level IT environment.Eligibility Requirement:

Skilled level expertise in design of computing, network, or storage to meet business application system requirementsUnderstands technical and business discussions relative to build/decommission process and aligning with business goals.Understands concepts of setting and driving build/decommission direction.Familiar with elements of gathering physical/Virtual build/decommission requirements.Understand build/decommission standards and concepts to apply to project work.Work with the Automation teams to help facilitate build/decommission automation initiatives.Business Acumen:
Understand key cross-functional concepts that impact the organization.Drive business priorities and understand organizational dynamics.Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly explain metrics and reporting to senior level leadership as well as internal/external customers.Understand and drive business cost-out initiatives.Leadership
Familiar with concepts of costing hardware and software components. Works to assure work is on-time and within budget.Delivers tasks on-time with alignment to build/decommission goals. Can identify and raise issues, risks and benefits.Participates in change initiatives by implementing new directions and providing appropriate information and feedback.Ability to multi-task and drive priorities to meet multiple timelines.Collaborate with multiple Teams to help drive business priorities/initiatives.Personal Attributes:
