MPI – Inspection ProcessROAMSCSS – Competitive Services StrategyADPDealerSocket and/or ELEADZAK ProductsAnd others as determined
Utilize systems, hardware, software, marketing and products to maximize efficiency and accurately track inventoryImplement and manage best practices that deliver exceptional CSI scoresQualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses):Minimum of 3+ years automotive Fixed Operations Director and/or Service Director/Service ManagerexperienceTrack record of excellent Customer Service Index is
