Role Description

(Part Time: 20-25 hours, $11-$13/hr plus potential bonus and commission opportunities)

An office administrator is a supportive force for each core value. The ideal HUNK or HUNKette is a flexible problem solver with superb communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Multitasking and the ability to deftly handle the unexpected are essential qualities to bring to the position. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. They must be a HUNK (Honest, Uniformed, Nice, Knowledgeable service). This role also has sales and commission opportunities for the super motivated candidate. This role has potential to become a manager position in the future.

Objectives of this Role100% client amazementSupport of Operations Management, including Owners, General Manager, and Operations ManagersEffective communication with clients, potential clients and HUNKSAssist with facilities managementDuties include but are not limited to:

Warmly greet visitors and clients to our facilityCommunicate with clients to confirm their appointmentsCommunicate with potential clients via phoneFollow up with clients regarding claimsKeep stock of office supplies and advising when supplies are lowManage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for managementManage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other dataAssist colleagues whenever necessaryPrepare correspondence, documentation, or presentation materialsOrganize special functions and social eventsPrepare biweekly payrollPrepare weekly KPIs (weekly metrics)Organize and maintain SOPs and documentationPhone screen applicants and set up onsite interviewsPrepare new hire paperworkSkills and Qualifications

Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn and to grow with the companyOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong time-management skills and multitasking abilityExcellent organizational and leadership skillsFamiliarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principlesPrior experience handling administrative responsibilities or related fieldSales or customer service experience is preferredProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field preferred
