Monitor and assist in managing project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects stay within financial guidelines. Coordinate logistics with subcontractors and vendors to guarantee the timely and efficient delivery of services and materials. Implement quality control procedures to meet and exceed project specifications and expectations. Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and address any on-site issues. Maintain strong client relationships, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle. Aid in resolving project challenges, utilizing problem-solving skills to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is preferred. Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management roles, specifically in HVAC and plumbing sectors. Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, construction practices, and materials. Proficient in the use of project management software and the Microsoft Office suite. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and client relations. Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. A proactive approach, with a readiness to take initiative in project tasks. Candidates must be local to Phoenix, AZ, or willing to relocate.
