Cvent's Enterprise Sales Team is growing and is seeking Sales Executives to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and close new logos. You will carry a new-booked business quota, and will be required to demonstrate solution-selling skills. Additional responsibilities include effective management of your Sales Development Representative to ensure prospects turn into actual customers, as well as collaboration with Account Managers to expand existing accounts.
In This Role, You Will:
Develop and actively pursue list of targeted Key Accounts by creating individual plans of action to penetrate these accountsCall on and develop relationships with new prospects in an effort to meet and exceed individual and department revenue expectationsPresent products and services to Enterprise AccountsExceed established new business revenue targets for software salesAccurately forecast sales opportunities via pipeline reportEffectively and accurately manage personal revenue pipeline to maximize all new business opportunitiesMonitor and report sales activity within the systemWork with Account Management and Client Services teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction with the Cvent product and organizationEnsure relationships with key decision-makers for accounts that will provide new business are continuously developed and relationships are strengthened and grownPerform other duties as assignedHere's What You Need:
Bachelor's degreeAt least 5 years of prior revenue generating software sales experience (more experience is desired)Industry experience in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred: SaaS, mobile apps, and analyticsStrong organizational and detail-orientation skills, with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environmentAble to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include cold calling, consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product functionStrong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently, but must also be able to contribute to team initiativesStrong business acumen, ethics and high integrity

The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $65,000-$80,0000 annually + commission depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, relevant experience, and location. We also offer a competitive benefits package, details of which can be found here.
