Duties include:

Assist President, HR, and other members of management with day to day administrative needsObtain mail and distribute to appropriate departmentsKeep track of all supplies needed and purchase accordingly; purchases reviewed with management monthlyKeep track of all business license renewalsProcess contractor qualification statements and assemble qualification packetsPrepare and send FedEx packages as needed by management or employeesAddress any issues with printers and schedule maintenance as neededRefill postage meter with funds and ink as neededSchedule and facilitate any work related events (luncheons, business meetings, etc)Prepare workspace for all new hires; ensure equipment is fully prepared and logged inComplete offboarding checklist for employee exits; equipment returnOrganize and schedule weekly job updates; take meeting minutesKeep storage room organized and stockedAddress any additional requests or needs from employeesManage conference room calendarManage company vehicle insurance and add/remove drivers as neededEnter work order or advise property management of any issues or vehicles being left overnightSchedule any necessary training for employeesRegister company for any conferences as neededCollect information, proof, and publish company newsletter monthlyWill be at front desk and greet people as they arriveOther duties as assignedRequirements:

2-5 years of related experience is required for this positionEfficient in the Microsoft Office suiteDetail oriented and well-organizedBase salary 70k-75k plus benefits. This is an onsite position.
