Meet or the exceed company's sales budget and sales growth goalsManage, develop, expand, and partner with key customers to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsBuild awareness of the brand, product line, value proposition, and capabilities across the region through in-person field selling activities with prospects and accountsUnderstand and communicated project milestones as needed to the customerImplement a strategic sale plan that expands the company's customer base to ensure its strong presenceIdentify emerging markets and competitive intelligence while being fully aware of new productsClient new potential customers and new market opportunitiesComfortably present value proposition to both small and large groupsProvide input and work with upper management on strategic decisionsRequirementsMinimum Qualifications:

Five or more years of experience in sales and customer relationship management requiredTwo or more years of experience in the electrical and power control panel industry requiredAn entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational, management, self-drive, self-motivated, high integrity, and business ethics requiredActive listening skills requiredExcellent communication skills both written and verbal requiredA growth mindset with the ability to accept challenges and problem-solve requiredIntermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite requiredUS work authorization without sponsorship requiredAbility to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check requiredAbility to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more requiredAbility to sit, stand, and walk for four plus hours at a time requiredMulti-state travel is requiredPreferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field preferredFive or more years of experience working with sales representatives preferredFive or more years of experience with industrial control panels preferredThree or more years of experience in a CRM preferredBenefits:
