$95,000 - $150,000 annual compensation in the first year (Base + Commission + Bonus)

Full Time with a hybrid schedule (working Mondays and Fridays from home)

Who We Are:

Primary Recruiting Services (PRS) - is a multi-practice professional search firm with three areas of focus: PRS-Finance (accounting & finance), PRS-Energy, and PRS-Engineering. We are built on a team of highly trained and specialized recruiters that focus on providing candidates, specifically in those industries.

What You'll Be Doing:

PRS is in the process of growing. We currently have a staff of about 30 with plans to grow to over 100 recruiters over the next 10 years. The Executive Recruiter will work alongside the leadership team to oversee the hiring and training of new Executive Recruiters to the PRS teamThis person will source, screen and interview potential candidates including virtual, face-to-face, and phone interviews for current and future positionsLead our 4-6-month training for all new hire recruitersThis person will train new hires on all facets of the business including new business development, account management and recruitingProvide ongoing support and training to new hires throughout their first yearWork with leadership team to plan and lead lunch & learn trainingsProvide input and guidance on best practicesInitiate hiring process to include extending verbal offers, arranging personality tests and background checksCollaborate with team to analyze and forecast staffing needs, locales, and strategiesWorking closely with sales and operations personnel to maintain an integrated team approach to ensure healthy candidate pipelineParticipate in and develop special projects to enhance and improve the recruiting department's functionsMake process improvement recommendations as needed
