Surgical Directions is looking for a seasoned Sales Executive for our growth team. The Sales Executive must have extensive healthcare expertise, a track record of effective leadership and be recognized as an expert within the industry. This role is focused on creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships with clients that create perpetual value.

ResponsibilitiesProvide solutions to clients’ complex business problems where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of client objectivesInteracts with executives at clients to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and negotiate contracts to closeAbility to define healthcare client solutions across a diverse solution set, including a wide variety of perioperative consulting, analytics software, and leadership staffingReviews client presentations, proposals, and other client sales documentation to ensure quality deliverablesServes as the Account Owner and develops partnership roadmap with clients to create continued valueCommitment to the company’s quality selling process with a sense of urgency, decisiveness, and ability to work well under pressureAchieves and exceeds quarterly quota metrics and annual multimillion-dollar quotaWill work closely with downstream teammates to ensure a quality selling process and seamless transfer to client services post-contract executionResponsible for maintaining data integrity and organizing pipeline records using our CRM, HubSpotWill be responsible for reporting on successes and failures and conducting readouts to leadershipBuilds and supports a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusionQualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field; Master’s degree preferred15+ years in healthcare consulting in a senior sales roleSeasoned healthcare executive with a proven track record of partnering with clients to solve key challenges while also meeting or exceeding quotaPerioperative and or anesthesia expertiseProven experience selling to hospitals, surgery centers, and large healthcare systems, including intimate knowledge of current trends and challengesProven ability in selling professional services, consulting, and strategic dealsUnderstands healthcare industry, perioperative operations, and Surgical Directions' offerings including supporting differentiation and value propositionsAbility to sell net new clients and act as an account owner with the goal of account growthStrong facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills - both written and verbalCommitment to ensuring all client deliverables are of high quality and willingness to coach teammates on how to ensure quality deliverablesStrong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
