NVIDIA is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Product Management to lead our Autonomous Vehicles software product management team.

This leader will work across all cross-functional Autonomous Vehicle teams at NVIDIA to deliver innovative and high quality products to our customers.What you will be doing:

Leading, growing, and managing a team of dedicated product managers working on a variety of autonomous vehicle features.Defining a cohesive product vision and experience across all product areas, and align it with leads & the working team.Representing our product status, priorities, and roadmap to both internal & external (partner/customer) executives.Developing the overall product roadmap & top-level metrics to measure product performance, and drive development towards it with the engineering team.Clarifying roles & responsibilities and establishing processes & standards to ensure productivity, efficiency, and consistent and high-quality delivery of products.What we need to see:

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).10+ overall years of product management experience, with 5+ years leading a product team.Experience leading AI-based and/or autonomous vehicle or automotive software products, from inception to launch.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence & drive alignment across executives & large organizations.Ability to lead by example with strong individual contributor capabilities.Ability to balance near-term needs and strategic business vision, pivot when needed, and adapt to changing priorities.Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Background with ADAS, robotaxi, and/or other autonomous vehicle products and systems.Experience working with external partners & customers, notably automotive companies.Experience managing third-party platform products.Background with data analysis, large-scale experimentation, and/or machine learning.Experience in maturing products & teams in a high-growth environment.Masters Degree.NVIDIA is leading the way in groundbreaking developments in Artificial Intelligence, High-Performance Computing, and Visualization. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
