About the Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to help us build out our presence in a new Munich office! You will:
Partner closely with leadership to build and implement hiring processes and programsOwn the entire recruiting process from end to endBe a TFH ambassador and provide a welcoming and delightful candidate experienceLearn how to build robust reporting in Greenhouse and GemBe part of headcount planning and budgeting exercisesMentor talent coordinators and other junior members of the recruiting team
About You:
The ideal Recruiter should thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a proven track record in hiring and implementing recruiting processes and programs at scaling companies and/or startups.
2+ years of experience in a full cycle recruiting roleFull lifecycle recruiting experience at a technology or software-related startupYou’re a problem solver and have a bias towards actionYou pride yourself in being a strategic partner to the business and keeping up with technical talent market trendsYou love data (both quantitative and qualitative) and utilize it to influence hiring decisions and processesAbility to ruthlessly prioritize and execute on our hiring plansPassion for building inclusive and diverse teams
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH in San Francisco ranges from
$85,000 - $150,000 , plus a competitive long-term incentive package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
