Our employees are energetic, friendly, and proactive in helping VPNE to achieve its strategic goals, which has helped the company to expand nationally.As a member of VPNEs growing transportation division, the role of the Non - CDL Shuttle driver is to safely transport employees and customers from parking facilities to their designated areas. The CDL Shuttle Driver will provide exceptional service and safety at all times, and will ensure vehicle is cleaned and maintained and meets company standards and brand representation.Responsibilities:Maintain safety standards at all time while transporting employees to their designated area.Ensure that the vehicle meets all safety requirements and is up to date with maintenance schedule.Follow all traffic signs/laws and maintain posted speed limits.Ensure all passengers are authorized to board the Shuttle.Maintain set schedule to ensure delays are at a minimum.Ensure each passenger has a positive experience and all issues are resolved in a timely manner.Extend the Exceptional Care philosophy at all times.Inform and relay all necessary information in a clear and concise, professional manner to Managers and passengers whether in person or via the Shuttle radio.Qualifications:

Drivers License and DOT Medical Clearnace Card requiredCertificates preferred: DPU CertificationBe able to read, write and verbally communicate in EnglishBe able to sit for long periods of timeBe able to walk short distancesPossess the manual dexterity to safely operate a Shuttle busCurrently holds a valid Drivers License in state of residencyStrong sense of customer serviceAbility to lift a minimum of 50 poundsBe at least 18 years of ageBe able and willing to smile during every customer interaction with passengersMaintain uniform standards while around accountBe able to pass criminal background check and drug testDriving record must meet company standardsAbility to successfully pass company issued driving testAbility to create relationships with customers.Time management & problem solving skillsEducational Requirements: High School diploma or GEDAt least 6 months professional driving experienceLanguage Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and writtenBenefits for Full-Time Employees:Medical, Dental, Vision401K with up to a 5% matchCommuter benefitsChildcare benefitsDiscount programsAll Employees:Short-term disabilityAccident insuranceLife insurance#INDSH
