The Masonry Project Manager should have a solid understanding of the masonry trade, the construction industry, job site safety requirements, planning and scheduling, building trades, and work sequence.The Masonry Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates the development of multiple construction projects and oversees their organization, schedule, and implementation. Daily communication with GC Project Superintendents is required to complete all work on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.What You'll Do At CitadelProvide leadership and to establish and maintain positive relationships with all those involved in the projectCoordinate with field superintendents and masonry crews to ensure that the teams are fully equipped and prepared to execute the projects successfullyHave a complete and thorough knowledge and understanding of subcontract documentsSee that all drawings and specifications are examined, before beginning construction, for design deficiencies, impractical details, and possible code violationsEnsuring the project schedule incorporates dates and times for GC decisions, availability of design information, procurement of materials and subcontracts, lead times for fabrication, and field installationEnsure quality control measures are implemented and maintained throughout the life of the projectUtilize skills to run multiple projects as efficiently as possibleMaintain administrative processes related to the projectExperience You Should HaveMinimum 3-5 years in construction project management or masonry requiredDemonstrated ability to build relationships and motivate teams of peopleStrong understanding of the construction processProject management software experience strongly preferred; Procore, Newforma, etc.Ability to read and understand construction schedules.
