The FanDX team is in pursuit of a Community Manager to help run our Managed Service offering for our various clients. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly detail-oriented, strategic, creative, resilient, coachable, and never shies away from a challenge. They should have experience working in community management previously (especially on Discord and/or for creators). They should also be interested in building proficiency across a variety of operational challenges, including working with the Sales and Product teams on the FanDX roadmap, as well as assisting in various client support initiatives.This is a remote-friendly, part-time position, with the intention of ~20-30 hours of work per week. Compensation shall be paid as a monthly fee depending on level of experience.Responsibilities
Develop and implement a social media strategy to engage our target audience and grow our online communitiesCreate and implement engaging content that resonates with individual client’s community and generates engagementRecruit, train and onboard moderators for individual client communitiesDraft and implement moderation policy across your client’s communitiesOversee teams of moderators across multiple client communities to ensure a safe, inclusive, engaged and positive environmentManage communication and updates to our clients about their communities in a timely and professional mannerIdentify and address community concerns, escalating issues both internally and externally when neededConsistently analyze community sentiment and engagement metrics to track progress and inform future strategiesDeliver monthly analytics reports to your clients in a timely mannerQualifications
2+ years of experience in community management or a related fieldProven track record of building and engaging digital communitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong understanding of social media platforms and best practicesAbility to create compelling content strategyA passion for our productPositive and outgoing personality with a knack for building relationshipsExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyBonus Points If You Have...
