Summary:The mission of our Reality Lab Sales Operations team is to maximize business performance by being the objective, trusted partner to the sales organization through Sales Planning & Operations, Operational Excellence, Rhythm of Business, and cross-functional collaboration. We identify and drive critical projects and strategic initiatives to support growth while supporting the operational cadence to surface business insights. We’re looking to hire a central sales operation analyst to be responsible for examining market and partner performance on a regular basis, creating centralized programs and processes, and supporting annual and quarterly planning efforts across teams.
Responsibilities:Establish and maintain communications across business units or from the project team to the organization.Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.Build centralized single source of truth for upcoming milestones such as promotional periods, product launches, and business reviews.Responsible for leadership reporting, partnering with key stakeholders to get insights.Set up project and work breakdown structures.Establish, create and document business processes.Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.
Skills:Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.Previous experience with reporting and presentation tools, such as Google Sheets, Google Slides.
Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, human resources or relevant field required.Program Management and Operations experience working independently, managing multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment.Problem solving and analysis experience solving business problems (commercial, operational, organizational).Experience presenting business and technical content to peers and general audiences.Experience building and managing relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
