This facility supports leading edge OEM’s in the defense, aerospace, data center and semiconductor markets. Positions are currently available at all levels and on all shifts.Nature of Duties:Performs preventative maintenance according to assigned equipment responsibilities. Effectively coordinates activity and partners with area manufacturing and engineering teams.Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting of electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing processKnows how to work safely on control cabinets and electrical panelsDismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawingsUses test and diagnostic equipment to perform equipment evaluationsRebuild & repair manufacturing equipment as requiredMay perform equipment modifications as directed by ManagerRemoval and installation of old & new equipment, fabrication, Plumbing, Welding, Electrical trouble shooting, roof repairs, ability to follow established safety guidelines while working close to or with chemicalsOther related tasks as assignedMust be available to work overtime and weekends when neededEducation and Experience:Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience preferably in manufacturing environmentExperience in a printed circuit board, electroplating, semiconductor or other process related industry is a plusAssociates / Two year technical Degree is preferredSome heavy liftingOvertime, emergency calls and some weekends, as neededMechanically inclined, able to work with a large variety of hand tools and power tools, operate a Forklift, Electric High & Low VoltagePlumbing (sweat copper) tread pipe, work with PVC & Poly ProSchedule: Swing Shift - Sunday through ThursdaySalary Range(annual): $70,000.00-$83,000.00In addition, Sanmina Provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.Sanmina is an Equal Opportunity Employer – M/F/Veteran/Disability/Sexual Orientation/Gender IdentityThis is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
