About The Role.

The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of PURE’s FP&A function, including consolidation of annual budgets, conducting financial forecasts, preparing various analyses and financial packages for senior management and the Board of Directors. The position will report to the Assistant VP of FP&A and play a key role in monitoring company financial performance and explaining key business drivers to stakeholders.

What You’ll Do.

Assist with preparation of and review of monthly financial packages for senior management, with more comprehensive quarterly financial packages.Assist with the preparation of presentations to the Board of Directors.Assist in planning preparation and analysis of consolidated budgets and reforecast for entire Income Statement and Balance Sheet for multiple Insurance Companies and Operating Companies.Ensure accuracy and integrity of the department and consolidated results compared to actuals through analytical reviews and discussion with business partners.Prepare ad hoc requests for senior management.Assist with special projects, as needed.What We’re Looking For.

Minimal requirement of a BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.4+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting.Financial services experience (P&C insurance industry is preferred, but not required).Ability to drive process improvements and develop analytical/reporting tools.Knowledge and experience working with Adaptive Insights (or a similar EPM tool – Oracle, SAP, Anaplan, etc.).Analytical and modeling experience. Advanced MS Excel. SQL querying skills preferred, but not required.Solid organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.This is a hybrid role with the expectation for the ideal candidate to be able to commute to an office in one of our desired locations: White Plains, Chicago, or Boston, at least twice a week.

If reporting to an office outside of White Plains, there will be potential business travel to the White Plains, NY office expected on a regular basis to be determined with the hiring manager.The base salary for this role can range from $90K - $115K, based on a full-time work schedule. An individual’s ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
