Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our blockchain-based platforms and applications. The ideal candidate is a visionary with a strong background in product management, particularly in the blockchain or fintech sectors. You will play a crucial role in defining product strategy, understanding customer needs, and bridging the gap between technical possibilities and practical applications.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's vision and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and design, to build and launch products that deliver value to our users.
• Conduct market research and engage with customers to identify needs, trends, and opportunities.
• Define, prioritize, and document product features and roadmaps based on business impact and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including user testing and feedback.
• Analyze product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve and evolve product offerings.
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in blockchain, fintech, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and launching digital products. • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in finance. • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing
priorities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a creative mindset. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or
related field or equivalent experience.
Nice-to-Haves:
• Familiarity with Solidity, Web3, and the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM). • Experience in a decentralized finance (DeFi) environment. • Knowledge of cloud technologies (Digital Ocean, AWS) and the Cosmos SDK.
