Essential Functions:

Manage small to large complex projects and assignments.Proactively manage project-related issues on account.Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects.Conduct and document all weekly meetings.Coordinate and track all Vendor RFPs.Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation.Coordinate activities of sub-contractors and relocation of technical functions.Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.Prepare/update project status reports, request process purchase orders and invoices, update data for tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials.Demonstrate a proactive focus on client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner.Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology as required for assigned projects.Ensure accurate management of all accounts receivables to maintain a level not to exceed planned working capital charge as set by corporate finance/account finance team.Comply with all Jones Lang LaSalle policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice.

Familiarity and ability to read architectural, electrical, mechanical and structural drawingsAbility to multi-task and work both in a team and independentlyInterpersonal skills with an ability to interact with clients both up and down the organization as well as within and outside of the account structure.Strong analytical skills focused on identifying problems and proposing solutions.Proven organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities while working as part of a team and independently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on supporting project execution activities.Enhanced ability to utilize the Microsoft Office suite of technologiesWillingness to go the extra mile to solve challenges, even when results aren’t guaranteed, as well as an unwillingness to settle for “this is how it’s always been” as an answer.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferred in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management3 - 5 years successful experience in supporting multiple projects/initiatives within a matrixed corporate environment.

Physical Work Requirements And Work Conditions

Position work will primarily be at a client site in Northern Virginia with regular client and contractor interaction.Face to face and/or remote daily interpersonal interaction is usually required to perform the job.Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed
