Operate as communication hub between all agency team members and resources who touch an assigned account/projectAbility to manage multiple, large multi-faceted projects at the same timeWork with internal team to develop and manage creative development and production timelinesManage and be accountable for each step of the creative development processWork with team to create and manage (monitor and control) project estimates and budgetsFacilitate project progress meetings and collaboration between all departments - communicate and document project informationDocument project evolution and maintain a detailed record of job changes and impacts to project time, cost and/or scopeEngage in contingency planning and recommend solutions - risk planningAlert team if a project strays from originally established scope, schedule or budgetEnsure completion and quality of workflow forms and adherence to internal production policies and processWork with Account Service, Production and Accounting teams to ensure accuracy and integrity of our financial systemsWork closely with Creative and Production departments in the pursuit of visionary ideas for our clientsCreate and Maintain project timelines and status through the Job Mgmt SystemOrganize and lead weekly team status meetingProvide insight on process improvements or resource/tools opportunitiesContributing to the PM Department

Attend and actively participate in monthly department meetingsContribute ideas to the betterment of the department - developing and participating in department initiatives and continuous improvementSupport the development, improvement and use of all agency collaboration, archival and financial tools and systemsMentor, share ideas and collaborate with your peers helping to develop the skill set and career path for all PMsKeep Director of Project Mgmt informed of client projects and potential project risks -- raising any concerns as quickly as possible.Support coworkers by assisting with new business pitches and/or overflow workload when neededMaintain organized, accurate and detailed archival of project documentation following all departmental and agency process and proceduresRequirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

College degree or equivalentMin 3+ years project management experience in traditional advertising setting or related field (ad agency experience a major plus)Basic to expert understanding all production disciplines - print, digital, sound and motion and/or live events productionBasic understanding of the fundamentals of project management as outlined in the Project Management Institute's Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to prioritize and multi-taskHighly organized and detail-oriented while also flexible and adaptableCalm and focused under pressureEffective decision maker and problem-solver with good judgmentConfidence, professionalism and diplomacyCapable of establishing strong relationships and gaining trust of peersPositive and CollaborativeSolutions-orientedStrong leadership skillsStrong sense of design and experience leading creative outputProficient in Adobe Acrobat Professional and MS Office applicationsWorking knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. preferred but not requiredExperience with MS Sharepoint, Digital Asset Management and agency financial systems preferred but not requiredA comfort level to learn new technology and systems is required
