As a Senior Project Manager (PM) with Cherry Bekaert, you will lead a variety of cross-functional projects and project teams within our fast-growing organization. You will manage organizational change and technology focused initiatives benefiting both our staff and clients; engaging with leaders and team members representing relevant work streams to include our business users across Service Lines, Transformation and Change, Products & Digital Solutions, Information Technology and Infrastructure, and Shared Services.As a successful PM, you understand how to navigate matrixed teams, competing priorities, and optimal ways in communicating across teams. Day to day you will apply industry standards and leading practices in managing your projects – developing complete and integrated project plans, managing communication and status reporting to your stakeholder groups and project information consumers, and maintaining clear project documentation and deliverables. As part of the PMO office, you will work collaboratively and share the responsibility of introducing and managing change across the organization and identify opportunities for organizational improvements. In this role, you will help to shape this new function and play a critical role in numerous transformational projects aligned with our strategic priorities. This position reports to the Director, Enterprise Project Management Office.

What you bring to the role:

A minimum of 10 years of demonstrable experience managing projects of increasing complexityExperience with business needs analysis and eliciting stakeholder and business owner insights into business challengesUnderstanding of industry standard project management methodologies, organizational change, and software development lifecycles, and manifest that understanding within planning, scheduling, executing, and dependency management techniquesExperience managing implementation projects in waterfall, agile, hybrid environmentsExperience with creating process modelsUnderstanding of networks, databases, business intelligence/analytics tools, and other technologyAbility to establish and design insightful metrics for project and portfolio health, project optimization, and operational efficiencyBachelor’s Degree in business or technology subject areas preferred but we will consider relevant years of experience in lieu of a degreePMP certification is preferred but not requiredWhat you can expect from us:

The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
