Description:Markon Solutions is seeking Project Managers for a variety of initiatives to support our Intelligence Community customer. In this job you will:Provide project management and strategic planning support to the Sponsor.Assist in monitoring, enhancing, and continuing to develop and mature the Portfolio Management and Project Management Review process.Assist in developing new programs and maturing existing programs, including reviewing, updating, and/or revising current needs assessment, procedures, and documents based on customer feedback.Work jointly with the Sponsor to develop major concepts, initiatives, processes, procedures, PM tools, and programs.Assess and enhance Sponsor projects and programs, which may include Requirements definition, stakeholder analysis, project charter development, project management plans, strategic planning, etc.Provide consulting services and analysis for developing project metrics and performance standards based on project milestones and outcomes that are traceable to the Sponsor's Strategic Intent.Utilize knowledge of Intelligence Agency products to contribute to the mission partner mission.Active TS/SCI FSP.Multiple positions available for different levels of experience.Prior experience creating schedules with Primavera or MS Project Server is a huge plus.Agile experience is a plus.
