Meet The Team

Dexcom is seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic and passionate team. The G-Series Product Management team is responsible for defining, developing, commercializing, and managing holistic solutions that serve both customer and business needs within the G-Series category. This position will contribute to the G-Series hardware roadmap, oversee global commercialization efforts, and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of all system components in the G-Series portfolio.

Where You Come In

As a G-Series Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and delivery of our cutting-edge CGM solutions that empower our customers to take control of their health. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Platform Product Managers, Industrial Design, Market Research, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Commercial teams, Quality, and Customer Support to create exceptional user experiences and ensure the success of our G-Series products. The candidate will be based in San Diego or Remotely.

Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and communicate the product health, priorities, and roadmap for G-Series hardware in alignment with business objectives and customer needs specific to the G-Series category.Drive global rollout strategy for all system updates, in partnership with Marketing, Commercial, Ops, Regulatory and other stakeholders.Own product lifecycle management, including obsolescence, for all system components in the G-Series category.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to inform product decisions. Collaborate with platform product managers, engineering, and design teams to translate customer and business insights into actionable product requirements.Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.Monitor product performance and key metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.

What Makes You Successful6+ years in product management or related field, preferably for medical device or other regulated products.A strong understanding of launch and commercialization processes, methodologies, and best practices.Experience defining product requirements and working with R&D to ensure development of products based on customer and business requirements.Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and use influence management effectively with cross-functional partners and senior management.Strong presentation, influence, and communication skills.Strong business case preparation and prioritization skills.Comfortable engaging and navigating technical and design discussions.Ability to work successfully with ambiguity and in fast-paced environments.

Travel Required5 to 15%.

Experience And Education RequirementsTypically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
