Pay up to $36/hr
Duties:
General Working Knowledge and Experience
Good working knowledge of Windows Active Directory, including Domain membership, Group Security, and GPOs
Familiar with the Helpdesk support environment
Good overall troubleshooting skill
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and 11
General/overall knowledge and understanding of networking technology, TCP/IP, LAN, VLAN, VPN, Firewall, DHCP, and DNS. Familiar with basic networking commands and tools.
Required Skills:
Desktop support, end-user support, PC Support, Troubleshooting skills, Good communication.
Follow up on the issues
Understanding of networking regarding how everything connects
Solid experience with PC/desktop support; setup, configuration, and troubleshooting PC hardware and network connectivity.
Polished and professional - able to also give support to the executives
O365 and MS Teams and Outlook support and some AD
Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 - 85% of the company is on 11
Will start by supporting corporations in Irvine but will also help in the field (25%)
Locations are Orange, Anaheim, South County, and possibly IE.
