Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective serviceTake ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customerProvide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandledEnsure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customersAnswer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairsMaintain Customer Success Index at or above company standardsAssist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessaryOversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of service departmentReinforces company policies and adheres to company standardsEncourages compliance with applicable laws and regulationsMaintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relationsQualificationsOrganized and friendly personalityTime management skillsFantastic communication skills with your customersProfessional, well-groomed personal appearanceConsistent record of service and sales successStrong record of positive customer satisfaction resultsTeam oriented and self-motivatedAble to work with little supervisionDrug freeValid driver’s license and clean driving recordBenefitsCompetitive compensationMedical, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible Spending Account401(K) retirement plan with employer contribution4/10 work schedulePaid Time OffExcellent local reputation – We are an active member in the community.We are an equal opportunity employer.
