Tax (Vertex) Product Owner - Represents business Liaison between the Business (Product Manager, Leads) and the project teamLeads the implementation partner relationshipLeads business requirementsLeads UAT phase, coordinates UAT approvalLeads Hypercare and Transition to ProductionOwns Vertex Software Product relationship and roadmap monitoringCollaborates with Product Manager (PdM):Business roadmap developmentProduct SME Tax enhancement backlog prioritizationFacilitates demos and trainingLeads resolutions for product end user challengesDefine new or enhanced Product requirementsDefines PersonasIs that "Voice of the Customer Support Pod Work Liaison between the Corp Solutions scrum team (or pod) and the Business (Product Manager, Project Business Leads)Ensure user stories are ready, Story acceptanceBacklog grooming, Release trackingClose collaboration with dev teamDeliverables Business process and flow (as-is and to-be business process),UAT plan (etc.), UAT Test Results Report, Hypercare Support Plan, Governance Model and Production Support Plan
