Hello! We’re looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join the Jubilee team and act as the connective tissue between us and our growing audience. You will act as the voice of the Jubilee brand through community support, content distribution, and digital engagement to build brand presence and trust, both online and in-person. We believe that together we can change the world.The JobThe Social Media Manager will be the voice, eyes and ears of the Jubilee and Nectar brands! In this role, you will craft and drive our team’s social strategy, work to nurture and grow our audience, and commit to fostering engagement across our different social platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, understands the value of audience engagement, and is inspired by our mission to provoke understanding and create human connection - both on and offline!What you’ll do:Spearhead the development and execution of dynamic social media campaignsOversee Jubilee & Nectar’s growth strategy across our multiple social channelsGrow our online presence and brand reputation across Instagram, SnapChat, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etcActively engage with and define our social audience, identifying trends turning insights into actionablesProvide & strategically report out on social performance including engagement, reach, and growth with recommendations on how to improve key metricsCollaborate cross-functionally with our brand partnership and creative teams to produce high-performing content for our social channelsManage all inbound email and social correspondence with audienceMaintain a consistent and relevant brand voiceWho You Are:3-5 years experience leading Social Media growth strategy and executionCreativity is in your DNA - you like to stay on the cutting edge of online social and content trendsHigh-level strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsA master of the social media platforms and tools: Instagram, SnapChat, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etcHave a strong passion for Jubilee’s brand and mission and are excited to actively engage with our dynamic audienceYou enjoy the challenge of working in a high-growth environment and thrive in autonomous rolesPassion for networking and nurturing relationshipsExcellent communication and copywriting skillsWhat We Offer:Flexible PTO plan - take the time you need!Medical, Dental, Vision plans - we pay 90% of the base plan for all our full time employeesLife Insurance, 401(k) planLearning & Development StipendKitchen with free snacks & drinksA creative environment without rigid structure - we truly encourage our team to bring their authentic, true selves to work every dayFun employee-led events, company off-sites, uniquely led team meetings, and so much morePLEASE NOTE: Jubilee has a hybrid work culture and we are currently working in-office 3 days at work with 2 days a week of remote work.
