As part of AbsenceSoft product team, you will collaborate with a team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to redefine and shape the heart of our product experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically day-to-day by diving deeply into business and technical domains. You should be comfortable with conducting user interviews and finding common themes to drive a prioritized roadmap that balances solving current issues and building for the future. In turn you will be responsible for driving that roadmap with your development team and ensuring that team understands not only “the what” but also “the why” of what they are building. You are imaginative, innovative, data-driven and relentless in driving a feature to completion. No matter your background or experience, everyone's voice holds value here.What You’ll DoDrive forward leave management initiatives with a passion and enthusiasmServe as the voice of the user in conversations with design, tech, and business partnersLead discussions with customers and users on feature visionIdentify, prioritize, and execute against both the backlog and roadmap using a data driven approachEnsure the team is focused on building the right feature for the right user at the right timeOperate effectively and independentlyProven record of end-to-end product deliveryExperience overseeing roadmap strategy and definitionIdentify new areas for product feature development by analyzing customer requirements, market trends and competitive gapsWhat’ll Set You Up for SuccessRequired Skills:Experience in leave management (FMLA and ADA) is required5+ years experience in Product Management working directly with development teamsHistory of successful management of cross-functional projectsExperience writing user stories, doing user research, decomposing technical projectsSuperior communication skills verbally and in writing are a must-have, including being comfortable presenting to new and existing customersExcellent multitasking and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional self-awareness and influencing skillsRelationship building skills with internal/external customersKnowledge of API/REST fundamentalsWhat To Know Before You ApplyWe’re located in beautiful Golden, Colorado (Remote).This is a full-time, mid-level, salaried position.AbsenceSoft provides a wide variety of perks and benefits.
