The Associate Product Manager for Canada and VLT is responsible for aiding the product portfolio strategy and managing the execution program in collaboration with sales executives and development teams to deliver on portfolio performance targets. In addition, the Associate Product Manager is responsible for analyzing market requirements, market fit, and trends to develop a best-in-class product offering.Essential Job Functions:

Conducts market research to identify customer’s needs, preferences, and market trends.Analyze competitors’ products and market strategies to maintain competitive advantage.Prepare product documentation, including customized marketing & training material, market-specific catalogs, and product presentations for internal and external distribution.Ability to deliver product information, portfolio briefs, and demonstrations in person and virtually.Track and resolve open issues related to VLT and Class 3 customer deliverables.Collaborates with R&D teams to develop new VLT and Class 3 products and enhance existing ones to ensure they align with market demands and regulatory requirements.Support the development of business cases analysis and recommendations by the determination of market size and revenue potential based upon corporate strategy.Organize, interpret, and report data to support research and/or recommendations. Monitor monthly results of product line performance and assist with variance reporting.Measure changes in the business and report findings to the product managers.Assist product managers and compliance with product submission packages.Utilize knowledge of an organizational structure including the primary functional areas, their respective departments and work units, and their respective purpose, deliverables, and interrelationships.Lead the effort by collaborating with the appropriate departments to design and distribute product materials.Apply understanding of business operations, particularly relating to the gaming industry.Serve as secondary point of contact for internal and external product inquiries.Assist in product management operations such as demonstrations, evaluations, verify order accuracy, etc.Champion the promotion of the company’s various products.Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to manage the order flow of products to the company’s customers.Provide excellent Customer Service to all (customers internal and external).Perform other assignments (or duties) as required.Qualifications

Training and/or Experience:

1-2 years of experience in the casino gaming industry or gaming product development is preferred.Ability to obtain State/Jurisdictional Gaming Licenses, where required.Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Self-directed, highly motivated, thorough, and accurate, ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Extremely detailed oriented.Capable of coordinating efforts with members of a cross-functional team.Strong awareness of gaming industry trends.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Systematic and methodical abilities to reach a desired result.Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.Ability to build and maintain relationships with action-oriented focus to drive results.Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.Ability to be active in all designated markets and willingness to travel in Canada.Physical Requirements:
