We are looking for an LNHA to join our incredible clinical team!
As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for directing the day-to-day functions of the facility by current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern treatment and rehabilitation centers to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to guests at all times.
*Must be located in Utah.*

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years as a Healthcare Administrator
MUST have experience in a fast-paced facility.
Current Nursing Home Administrator License (NHAL Required)
Ability to handle multiple priorities
A proven track record in the census and revenue growth, as well as experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses
Must have organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group
Current Fingerprint Clearance Card
Responsibilities:
Overseeing all staff — including hiring, training, and conflict resolution
Ensuring quality care for all patients and facilitating communication with their families
Assuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
Comply within the operating budget
Developing marketing strategies
