Discuss the warranty claim and expectations with customersPrepare and process warranty documentation according to manufacturer guidelinesSubmit claims quickly and efficientlyFollow up with manufacturers to ensure claims are being processed properlyAdjust and resubmit any denied claims to secure payment for warranty workKeep accurate inventory of ordered warranty parts and organize vendor paperworkWarranty Administrator Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience working in a dealership, preferably with service or warrantiesProficiency with basic computer programsExcellent communication and organizational skills
