We are looking for a

Pickup and Delivery Driver

to enhance the guest service experience by picking up guest vehicles at their home or place of work and transporting the vehicle to the dealership for service; and, when service is completed, delivering the vehicle back to the guest's home or place of work.

Maintain friendly, professional, and efficient demeanorOperate company and guest owned vehicles for pickup and deliveryDrive vehicle to the destination by ensuring that right speed limit is adhered toAlways obey traffic lawsUse good judgment and safe driving skills

Complete vehicle safety checks per company policy and operate vehicle within safety guidelinesImmediately report any safety concerns to the Service Manager

Assist guests in a professional, courteous, and prompt mannerCommunicate with guests and dealership team members via text and phone callsMust not use the text feature while driving

Establish and maintain rapport with guests, remaining aware of, and addressing their needWork closely with Service Lane team to resolve guest concerns or issuesAssess guests' needs, prioritize, and coordinate efficient routes for deliveries and pickupsQualifications

High school diploma or GEDPleasant, friendly demeanor and an outgoing personalityHighly professional and dependableFamiliar with roads, highways, and interstates within the Madison County areaExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in fast-paced environmentBasic computer and internet skillsUnrestricted driver's license and good driving recordAbility to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehiclesAbility to pass pre-employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screensAbility to lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds several times during each shift
