Our platform is designed for ease of use, featuring interfaces for OpenAI requests, effective rate limits, and detailed tracking of costs and performance.Key Responsibilities:Be the primary point of contact for Helicone's clients, ensuring their successful adoption and utilization of our AI solutions.Gather client feedback and collaborate with the product team for continuous improvement.Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Required Skills:Proven experience in customer success or account management in the tech or AI industry.Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to problem-solve and provide solutions-oriented support.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
