We are a Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services licensed and Joint Commission fully accredited behavioral healthcare and human services organization. We are seeking a tenacious Functional Family Therapy - Clinical Supervisor. Must have an elevated level of emotional intelligence, proven administrative and clinical capabilities, an understanding of business operations, and the capacity to enforce federal, state, local, and organizational policies.
The role of the FFT - Clinical Supervisor is a multifaceted position that coordinates operational leadership, clinical oversight, and strategic growth. The Clinical Supervisor role is responsible for leading initiatives and strategically linking them to the corporate vision and mission. Additional responsibilities include measuring and analyzing departmental performance and identifying areas for performance and quality improvement while maximizing the efficiency of work processes and service provision.

Salary Range:
$52,252 - $95,725
Essential Job Duties:
Manage clinical core competencies of the FFT model;
Collects data and completes reports documenting the program services/activities, clinical outcomes, authorizations, quality improvement initiatives, and program-specific delivery outcomes;
Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA-compliant FFT clinical files;
Ensure all counseling sessions, coaching sessions, and documentation are completed on time and in compliance with the FFT model and company policy;
Schedule and ensure staff adhere to FFT consultation requirements; participate in consultations;
Schedule home visits in an effective manner and review the team's weekly itineraries
Ensure professional relationship boundaries are maintained by staff,
Facilitate individual and team supervision with the FFT clinicians and direct care staff; ensuring FFT model-compliant delivery of services;
Establish and maintain safety procedures and proactively address potential risk management exposures;
Evaluate performance and ongoing development of FFT program staff;
Ensure operational, administrative, and reporting compliance; report discrepancies;
Reviews Plan of Care for clinical appropriateness; ensures review of needed updates as required by company policy and regulations;
Create and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and referral sources;
Ensures program outcomes are met;
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other relevant Human Services profession
Licensed Mental Health Professional - Eligible or Licensed Mental Health Professional with the Virginia Department of Health Professions (LPC, LMFT, LCSW or eligible)
Two or more years of experience in children and family services
Functional Family Therapy experience preferred;
Ability and willingness to work with families in their own homes;
Exceptionally good interpersonal communication skills
Strong clinical skills
Ability to adapt and individualize program interventions to utilize family strengths and skills.
Skill in handling multiple tasks and meeting multiple deadlines.
Ability to remain flexible and work with multiple and changing priorities when necessary.
