The Data Management Assistant will be responsible for updating, managing, and maintaining a large collection of information that needs to be entered and audited on a continuous basis. Accuracy and data integrity are a must. Troubleshooting processing errors and making corrections will be a top priority.
Entry level position. Training provided.
Responsibilities include:
Maintains database by entering new and updated cost and pricing information.Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.Establishes entry priorities.Processes manufacturers' source documents and reviews data for deficiencies.Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.Corrects data when information is incomplete.Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.Secures information by completing data base backups.Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Required Qualifications:
