Description:Cheetah Clean Auto Wash is looking for a Car Detail Technician to join our team and provide excellent customer service while performing exceptional car cleaning services for our customers.
Car Detailer responsibilities include cleaning vehicles according to the needs of our customers by performing detailed inspections, washing, and buffing to restore the appearance of the vehicle to company standards.
Ultimately, you will work with a team of Car Detail Technicians to ensure each vehicle is cleaned according to our organization's quality standards and the request of our customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:Showcase the standard for customer service, quality, and cleanliness.Contribute to a positive and fun working environment.Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requestsOperating buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectationsUsing cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehiclesPerform inspections to ensure that each step of the cleaning process has been completed
Requirements:Qualifications:Basic automobile maintenance knowledge is recommendedBasic understanding of express, retail, and wholesale detailingMinimum of 2 years previous experience in a retail, customer service or automotive environmentExperience with polishing paint, cleaning carpets, prepping cars, and general auto detail skillsAbility to work a 40 hour work week with a variety of hours including weekend shiftsHigh energy with ability to handle hours of physical workload, outdoors and in variable weatherOutgoing, friendly and focused on providing excellent customer servicePunctual, responsible and a team player who will pitch in as needed
