We are currently seeking a dynamic Account Manager / Service Coordinator for our well-established commercial mechanical contracting firm based in Riverside, CA. This role is crucial for managing our client relationships and coordinating the dispatch and service activities within our commercial HVAC division.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as the primary point of contact for all client matters, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Sales and Estimating: Utilize expertise in HVAC systems to provide accurate sales estimates and project bids. Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and business partnerships.Service Coordination: Coordinate and dispatch service calls, schedule technicians, and ensure timely resolution of service issues.Project Management: Oversee project management, including planning, scheduling, and execution of HVAC installation and maintenance projects.Reporting and Compliance: Maintain detailed records of service operations, client interactions, and transactions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record in sales, customer service, and service coordination, preferably within the HVAC or commercial mechanical contracting industry.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.Skills: Strong sales ability, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in estimating and project management.Software Proficiency: Familiarity with HVAC industry software, such as on-screen takeoff tools, CAD, and Revit.Local Expertise: Must be a local resident of Riverside, CA with a stable work history and familiarity with the regional market.
