The Regional Sales Manager Responsible for sales in all business area including Kiosks, Vending, parts, and electronic repair. The Sales Manager will act as a business development counselor, helping our partners and customers grow their businesses. Even though not overly technically trained, must have knowledge of all equipment and the ability to troubleshoot common concerns experienced by the customers, as well as change and adapt to customer needs in effort to exceed company sales goals.

Requirements

Travel within region to grow sales and exceed stated region sales goalsGenerate and develop new customers with on-site visits and/or cold callingCultivate relationships with new or underperforming customers,Maintain accurate records including weekly sales call reportsRepresent company at regional trade shows and customer specific events.Ensure sales orders are accurately and thoroughly completed, executed and provide prompt follow up support to customers and internal cross-functional leadersFollow up on leads gained from travel or showsOther duties as assignedBachelor's Degree Preferred, or commensurate work experience in the convenience industry3 to 5 years sales experience, preferably in the convenience or vending spaceStrong relationship building and business development skillsOutstanding listening skillsModerate technical expertise, basic understanding of electronics and M2M communicationsSkilled in time, territory, and call cycle management.Proficient in Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and writtenSelf-Motivated with high energyTeam playerGoal orientedClear, common sense thinker with critical reasoning skills. Able to obtain information, evaluate alternatives, seek advice, make recommendations, and take action.
