At FUTRONICS, Interns work on real-work projects in collaboration with teams supporting the successful launch, initial market acceptance and first line management of sales team for the Service Robots and Smart Device product lines in the healthcare environment
Key Responsibilities:
Develops internal and external relationships to establish a network of business and technical decision makers for assigned accountsEarn customer confidence as the subject matter expert for products from FUTRONICS or competitorsCompetitive Insights - stay on top of the competition by supporting the team with competitive insights on new launches, strategies, and tactics deployed that will help inform and shape our roadmapCollaborate with the product, design, and development teams to refine requirements and write user stories, review bugs, manage sprints and releasesLead requirement discovery sessions with clients and prospectsPartner with Technical writers to write and update documentationCollaborate with product marketing to articulate value proposition of the features you buildEnsure all data is gathered to make the correct project and technical product decisionsParticipate in delivery of critical projects, influencing others while adhering to committed deadlinesCreate and execute new/existing service rollout and/or re-rollout campaignsFacilitate the creation of white papers, case studies, cut sheets and other corporate informationMinimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degreeExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh level of comfort working with data, excel and power pointExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPassion for a team environment and ability to collaborate well with others
