Objective:

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will support and lead studios in hitting their sales and revenue growth goals every week, month, quarter, and year. The RSM will provide hands-on expertise, guidance, and in-studio support on studio performance operations, such as staffing the studio, meeting membership and revenue goals, grassroots marketing, social media, and more.

Duties/Responsibilities:Provide on-site sales training, coaching, and support for Sales Representatives and General Managers to increase conversion rates, new membership sales, and total revenue through our sales process.Work directly with ownership and general managers to create monthly sales/marketing goals and strategies to help us achieve these targets.Work with the studio's General Managers and Sales Staff to help drive grassroots out-of-studio marketing and local business partnerships.Work and communicate daily with ownership, regional management, and in-studio managers regarding daily needs and performances.Benefits:
