Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, customer analysis, and competitor insights.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, districts, and educational organizations.Develop and manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and conversionCollaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing content, including case studies, white papers, and webinarsDrive brand awareness through targeted marketing campaigns, events, and social mediaMonitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.Manage and coach the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.Stay up-to-date with education industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization's competitive edgeQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education industryProven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiativesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with CRM and marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce and HubSpotUnderstanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email, and social mediaAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
