BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE - COMMERCIAL / INDUSTRIAL
Role Description
The Business Development Associate - Commercial/Industrial will work with HDJ business development and Commercial/Industrial studio leadership to acquire new business by:
Building a development, sales, and marketing program and platform specific to commercial retail and industrial development, emphasizing regional and national grocers;Generating and facilitating new leads and target clients, emphasizing regional and national grocers;Creating a nationwide presence for HDJ in this real estate sector;Becoming a market expert and monitoring trends within the industry;Participating in industry organizations and attending associated events and conferences;Developing meaningful relationships and partnerships with commercial/industrial developers, contractors, and other project partners;Creating project proposals and letters-of-intent;Supporting HDJ's architectural and engineering production teams as needed throughout the life of a project; andCollaborating with HDJ's marketing team to develop and create market specific content.HDJ is seeking an individual based in Chicago for this role.
