The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of multiple digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on SEM accounts. This position will work with the Digital Marketing Team and Client Strategy & Service teams to execute Search Engine Marketing campaigns across multiple brands. This is a fully remote position, with the opportunity to work out of the Charleston, SC office, if desired.
Compensation: $70-80k BOE
Responsibilities
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Lead the overall SEM strategy and execution, as well as perform efficient day-to-day management of assigned client accounts across B2B and B2C businesses.Manage and maintain daily/monthly budgets for clients to ensure each campaign meets the desired performance metrics, which can include revenue, ROAS, lead generation and more.Optimize SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.Experience with Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit and programmatic DSPs, such as StackAdapt and Criteo, is a huge plus.Consult with the creative team to develop advertising assets for each platform.Report on key performance indicators and clearly present results to clients and account leaders.Collaborate with Programmatic, SEO, Paid Social, Organic Social and other teams as needed to ensure the success of various campaign aspects.Work with internal and external web developers to ensure technical aspects are properly set up for optimal tracking of performance.Contribute to new business efforts and pitches, as well as brand strategy projects.Qualifications
Skills you have:
4+ years of experience in digital marketingDemonstrated ability to manage ad spend on national campaigns, with client budgets exceeding $1M-$2M annuallyProven experience using Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, and Google Tag ManagerBasic knowledge of or experience with StackAdapt or other Display marketing platforms.Capacity to handle multiple ongoing projects and deadlines.Strong written and oral communication skills that demonstrate your understanding of digital analytics.Qualities you possess:
An interest and basic understanding of golf and other sports, real estate or hospitality.A passion for discovering and testing the latest ad formats, creative techniques and targeting tactics.A commitment to demonstrating kindness, clarity and courage in your daily interactions.A desire to grow with our team: learning from others, and sharing your skill set to train and educate teammates.
