After 120 days of continuous employment, the pay rate will increase by $0.50.

High school diploma or GED1+ year(s) of manufacturing experience1+ year(s) of forklift experience preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenGood working knowledge of part numbers and part usage and understanding of applications for useMust be willing and able to learn new things within a reasonable timeframeCapable of operating various types of powered industrial equipmentDemonstrate basic computer skillsPrior SAP knowledge preferredMust be able to work weekends and overtime as neededWhat You'll Do as a Forklift Operator
Utilize powered industrial equipment, such as forklift, pallet truck, operator-up, and tugger, to provide materials as requiredComplete training of required standard work instructions within a reasonable timeframeExecute job tasks related to required Standard Work Orders (SWIs)Load and unload trucks using the established procedures in compliance with safety specificationsInspect powered industrial equipment for defects and notify Supervisor or Team Leader for repair before operating every shift, in compliance with OSHA regulationsPerform other tasks as assigned
