Responsibilities will encompass various aspects related to Powerhouse dealerships and Powerhouse expansion (50 to 150 dealers in 3 years), market analysis to facility design and compliance. This position will work directly with the Dealer Development Coordinator (National Sales) on all Powerhouse initiatives.Responsibilities include:Powerhouse Expansion : Partner with vendor, Urban Science, to conduct thorough market research to identify markets with demand for Powerhouse dealerships. Engage with potential candidates interested in becoming Honda Powerhouse dealers. Evaluate candidate business plans, commitment to the Honda customer experience, and alignment with the Powerhouse vision.Powerhouse Facility Construction : Oversee the construction and development of Powerhouse facilities. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendor partner, ChangeUp, to ensure timely and compliant construction. Monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain design consistency across Powerhouse locations. Ensure that all Powerhouse facilities adhere to Honda's design guidelines and trademark requirements.Next Generation Powerhouse Design : Work with design partner, ChangeUp, to innovate and adapt the Powerhouse concept for changing market needs. Lead the implementation of the next-gen design and refresh existing Powerhouse facilities. Collaborate with aging dealerships to improve appeal, functionality, and customer experience.Powerhouse Grand Openings : Represent Honda at Powerhouse Grand Openings. Engage with dealers, customers, and local communities to celebrate new Powerhouse additions. Foster positive relationships and reinforce Honda's commitment to the Powerhouse Program.Powerhouse Co Op Administration : Administer Co Op for both existing and new Powerhouse dealers by ensuring program compliance, obtaining appropriate approvals, submitting for reimbursement, and tracking available funds by dealer.Dealership Compliance : Act as administrator of the dealer evaluation app, including drafting appropriate survey questions, monitoring survey results, and ensuring Dealer Development Levels reflect dealers' compliance to program requirements.

Work with vendor partner, DKY, to maintain accurate network information, user login criteria, and system enhancements.Who we are seeking:Required Work Experience:6+ years of general Honda or equivalent industry experience5+ years in wholesale/retail environment (Powersports preferable)3+ District Sales Manager or Dealer experience (Preferred)Experience in plan development, tracking against results and devolving countermeasuresIn-depth knowledge of Powersports products and the marketStrong relationship building skills to work between various Departments and dealers to achieve resultsStrong presentation and negotiation skillsAnalytical and strategic thinkingProficient in MS office applications: Excel, PowerPoint & WordProficient in SAP/Business Objects and/or MS SQLRequired Education:Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work-related experienceAdditional Position Factors:Workstyle:
