You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.Responsibilities

Develop trusting relationships with existing and potential new customersAcquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirementsExpand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectivesEnsure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely mannerManage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term successServe as the link of communication between key customers and internal teamsSet and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectivesGenerate new business using existing and potential customer networksSuggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growthRequirementsProven experience as a key account managerExperience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levelsExcellent organizational skillsWillingness to travelStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsBSc/BA in business administration, sales or a relevant fieldBusiness acumen with a problem-solving attitudeCOMPENSATION:
