Clutch is looking for an Account Supervisor with pharmaceutical agency experience on behalf of their client.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive client strategies, positioning them as industry leaders.Oversee patient support programs, collaborating with various partners for successful implementation.Craft compelling content, including features, reports, and client briefings.Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining open communication.Manage account budgets and identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts.Lead project teams, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.Mentor and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Stay current on industry trends through market research and participation in key events.Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical agency, with a strong understanding of market access.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful patient support programs.Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Integrated Marketing.
